Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is in the process of recruiting 4336 Probationary Officers for numerous public banks across the country. The IBPS PO Recruitment is done in three phases and the selected candidates enjoy a handsome in-hand salary of Rs 37,360 to Rs 38,700.

Where is the Recruitment Process Right Now?

  • IBPS successfully conducted the Prelims exam on 12th & 19th October 2019.
  • Result for the Prelims test was declared on 1st November.

What is the Pattern for the IBPS PO Mains Exam?

The pattern for the Online mains test has been mentioned in the table below:-

  1. Duration of the Mains Exam –3 Hours & 30 minutes.
  2. Negative Marking- For each incorrect answer there is a markdown of 0.25 marks in the Online Test only.
  3. Both these papers will be conducted on 30th November 2019. Students will first have to appear for the online test and after the completion of the online exam, the descriptive test will be given to the candidates.

The following steps will help in preparing for the mains test:-
