Email alerts may be sent from Facebook for many different reasons. Your Facebook Page’s notification settings may be lacking if you are not getting updates about activity on your company’s page. Mistyping your email address or turning on spam filters in your email client are two more possibilities. Since Facebook has glitches now and then, it’s possible it’s not your fault.
By default, instead of receiving separate emails for each action, Facebook will give you a summary of all notifications related to your profile and Pages. By going into your account settings, you may disable summaries and prevent receiving emails about your Page. After you’ve logged into Facebook, click the “Account” menu item in the top right corner, and then choose “Account Settings.” To stop receiving emails at the designated intervals, choose “Notifications” from the sidebar and then uncheck the “Email Frequency” box. If you want to, Facebook will notify you of subsequent postings by email.
If you manage many Facebook pages but only some of them are sending you updates, it’s possible that alerts have been turned off for some of them or maybe business suite not notify (business suite ไม่ แจ้ง เตือน, which is the term in Thai) the “Pages” area is located at the bottom of the “Notifications” page in your Facebook account settings. You may modify the email settings for specific pages by clicking “Change Email Settings for Individual Pages” and checking the boxes next to the relevant page names.
Make sure the email address associated with your Facebook account is up-to-date and accurate if you want to receive alerts. In the drop-down box that appears, choose “Account Settings.” To see the email addresses you have officially validated, click the “Email” tab. If your email address isn’t already listed, you may add it by selecting the “Add Another Email” option.
Facebook alerts could not be arriving in your mailbox because of the spam filters you have set up in your email client. To guarantee future Facebook emails reach your inbox, add “@facebook.com” to your email program’s “safe senders” or “trusted domains” list.
A bug report form should be filled out if, after having the necessary settings in place, you are still not getting email alerts about postings on your Facebook business Page. Please provide your email address, a description of the issue (not getting notifications for posts to your business’s Facebook page), the time frame in which this issue occurred, and a link to an example of a post for which you did not receive a notice. Sometimes this may occur due to downtime on facebook (facebook ล่ม, which is the term in Thai).
